Our company partners with participants, families and legal guardians to provide personal care and support services.
Turning Point Home Health, Inc. is a Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) that provides short and long term care for people that want to remain at home and in their community.
We provide services for Seniors and Adults with Physical, Mental, and Intellectual disabilities. We offer Personal Care Services and In-Home Respite. We have programs through TennCare, Medicaid, United Healthcare, BCBS, Wellpoint, and other state funded programs. If your family and friends have to work or go to school, then we have qualified staff to assist with your in-home everyday needs.
Our qualified staff is fully screened before employment including the following screenings:

MS Elderly Abuse Registry
Vulnerable Abuse Registry
Our staff also must maintain a Valid Driver's License and have Reliable Transportation.
